Requirements:

• Dogs must be current on vaccinations including Rabies, Parvo, and we strongly suggest having Bordetella/Kennel Cough as well.
• Puppies must be older than 4 months of age to enter the off leash yard and must be current on puppy vaccinations.
• Current vaccinations from a vet must be provided.
• Dogs over 1 years old, must be spayed or neutered.
• Dogs must be non-aggressive
• You agree to watch your animal at all times within our facility and take full responsibility of cleaning up after their use of the yard or patio.

RULES:

• All Customers must be 21 and older for use of the backyard park.
• No toys, bones, balls or rawhides allowed on the premises.
• No food in the off-leash backyard park!!!!
• No outside alcoholic drinks are permitted.
• You must keep your dog on-leash when they are not in a designated off-leash backyard park.
• The Happy Dog Park and Taproom is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused by your dog(s) while on our premises.
• Each dog owner is responsible for their dog(s) behavior and keeping them under control.
• Constant dog barking can be disruptive, please keep your dog’s barking under control.
• Aggressive Behavior will not be tolerated! Excessive barking and or rough play may result in time out or asking your pet to leave for the day (pet fees will not be reimbursed).
• We reserve the right to squirt our dog members. Squirt bottles in the park are there to help keep the excitement level down, please use them.
• Harnesses and prong collars must be removed before entering the park to play.
• No retractable leashes. If you accidentally brought your retractable leash, ask for a loner or lock it at 4 feet.
• Please check in with the taptender or membership coordinator before entering the off-leash backyard park.
• Please do not leave your dog unattended, owners must always be within sight of their dog.
• Do not exceed the limit of two dogs per handler.
• No Smoking.
• Please be a responsible owner and “Scoop Da Poop.” There are plastic bags, Poop Scoopers, and mops located throughout the premise. If you need assistance, please ask the staff.
• When cleaning up after your pup, please dispose of poop bags in the trash cans that are provided around the backyard park.
• Please open only one gate at a time for dog safety.
• The Happy Dog Park and Taproom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
